It is planned to build a shopping mall in the Municipal Formation Novorossiysk city

Novorossiysk city of Krasnodar region offers to implement an investment project on the construction of a shopping mall.

As planned, the construction of a business center with lifestyle facilities of the estimated capacity of 14，000 sq.m. will be set up in the settlement Myshako. The project is notable for its competitive advantages: developed infrastructure, high-quality service and qualified professionals. It is forecasted that the services of a new shopping mall will be of demand among residents of the city, Russia and foreign guests.  

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 135.98 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 12 years, and the return on investment period is 3.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 41 new jobs.

A land plot of 5,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Myskhako village. The distance to the federal highway "Novorossiysk city - Kerch Strait" is 10 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Novorossiysk city is 10 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 150 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Novorossiysk is 15 km, to the Anapa Airport is 70 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 10 km.
