The municipality invites the entrepreneurs to participate in the implementation of an investment project "Construction of affordable housing estate "Family".
Within the framework of implementing an investment project, the construction of comprehensive housing development in the total area of 150,000 sq.m. will be set up in the vicinity of settlement Myshako. The presented project is meant for residents of Novorossiysk and foreign citizens.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 5,333.91 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 30 years, and the return on investment period is 30 years.
A land plot of 39,510 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Myskhako village. The distance to the federal highway "Novorossiysk city - Kerch strait" is 9 km.
The distance from the municipal center of Novorossiysk city is 10 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 160 km.
