It is planned to implement an investment project in the construction sector in the city of Novorossiysk
The municipality invites the investors to implement a project on the development of a built-up territory within the boundaries of streets Anapa highway – str.Gorkogo.
Within the framework of the investment project it is anticipated to reconstruct a housing stock for multi-storey housing construction. The project is meant for residents of the city of Novorossiysk of Krasnodar region, residents of Russia and foreigners. The estimated capacity is 90,000 sq.m.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 2,189.32 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 7 years, and the return on investment period is 1.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 6 new jobs.
A land plot of 47,567 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Novorossiysk city. The distance to the federal highway "Novorossiysk city - Kerch strait" is 2 km.
