It is planned to actualize the construction of low-rise residential development within the framework of implementing an investment project in the Raevskaya Cossack village of Krasnodar region. A new residential development with the estimated capacity of 7,000 will emerge in the city. The investment project is meant for the city residents.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 175.83 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 2.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 4 new jobs.
