Construction of the region’s first IT park is underway in Krasnodar

The agreement was signed by the administration of the Krasnodar Territory with the research and production enterprise MVS in 2021 at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum. The complex is being built entirely at the expense of the investor.

«The innovation center will allow to promptly launch promising digital developments into production. I am sure it will become a home not only for Kuban IT specialists, but also for experts from other regions as well. They can live and work in the IT Park. All necessary IT infrastructure, amenities, living and working conditions will be created here,» said Stanislav Zavalny, Head of the Department of Informatization and Communications of the Krasnodar Territory.

The IT Park will host coworking centers, a manufacturing facility, a hotel, a sports hall with all the infrastructure, a restaurant, an interactive shooting gallery and even a winter garden. The shape of the complex will resemble a microchip.

«Now we are considering options of facade cladding material, which will emphasize the style of the building. We use only Russian materials. The works are going in line with the schedule,» said the investor of the project, the founder of the research and production enterprise MVS Alexander Fomin.

A five-story building was constructed on a 20 thousand square meter plot of land, a mains electricity supply was provided, and a gas boiler room was installed. The builders have now started to install the roof and connect the building to the water drainage system. After the New Year holidays, they plan to start interior work.
