It is planned to implement an investment project in the construction sector in the city of Novorossiysk

The municipality invites the investors to implement an investment project on the development of a built-up area within the boundaries of the streets Anapskoye highway – Gorky.

Within the scope of the investment project, it is anticipated to reconstruct ahousing stock for multi-storey housing construction. The project is targeted at residents of Novorossiysk of Krasnodar region and residents of Russia and foreigners. The estimated capacity is 90,000 sq.m.

A business plan is developed was developed for the investment project. The project needs 2,717.26 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 7 years, and the return on investment period is 2 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 6 new jobs.

A land plot of 47,567 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Novorossiysk city. The distance to the federal highway "Novorossiysk city - Kerch Strait" is 2 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 150 km.
