The municipal formation plans to implement a large investment project “Technopark-Novorossiysk”
The investors are invited to participate in the implementation of an investment project "Technopark-Novorossiysk".
Within the framework of the presented project it is planned to set up the production capacities on series production of automobiles in the number of 5,600 units yearly. It is expected to merchandise autos across the territory of the municipality. As forecasted, the main purchasers will be residents of the city of Novorossiysk, community of RF and foreign citizens.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 1,778.24 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 4 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 67 new jobs.
A land plot of 19,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Novorossiysk city (Ubyh farm). The distance to the federal highway "Novorossiysk city - Kerch strait" is 5 km.
The distance from the municipal center of Novorossiysk city is 15 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 140 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station Novorossiysk is 20 km, to the Anapa Airport is 30 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 20 km.
