The investment project "Construction of a complex including a hotel block and block of social & business designation (4th stage of reconstruction of the Embankment named after Admiral Serebryakov)" provides for the construction of a complex including a hotel block and block of social & business designation (office premises, shopping premises and public catering enterprises). The projected capacity – 76,365 square meters.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 528.19 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 4.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 35 new jobs.
A land plot of 70,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Novorossiysk city. There is a local road (2km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Novorossiysk city - Kerch Strait" is 10 km.
The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 150 km.
